LaunchPAD is a course and coaching program designed to help guide neurodiverse teens toward greater independence, confidence, and direction after high school. Our program gives you the tools to help your teen move from “getting by” to truly preparing for adulthood.
The transition out of high school can feel overwhelming for both parents and teens. For years, school has provided structure, support, and a clear path forward. But when that structure begins to change, you’re stuck trying to figure out how to help your teen with responsibilities, routines, social skills, planning, decision-making, money awareness, and life after graduation. Many families are left asking:

Hi, I’m Alison. I’m an Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience working alongside children, teens, and families in the neurodiverse community. Over the years, I’ve seen the same concern come up again and again: Will my teen really be ready for life after high school?
I’ve also seen what can happen when teens are given the right support, the right tools, and the right opportunities to build independence. Confidence grows. Strengths become clearer. Families begin to see a path forward. That is why I created LaunchPAD.
LaunchPAD offers clinically-sound guidance, structure, and support for parents and teens who want to prepare for what comes next. The program includes:
A structured program designed to help you make steady progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Simple, practical sessions to discuss your teen’s needs, expectations, progress, and next steps.
Live support and connection with other parents who understand the same worries, wins, and challenges.
One of the hardest parts of parenting a neurodiverse teen is feeling like you’re the only one facing these questions. LaunchPAD gives you a place to ask questions, receive guidance, celebrate progress, and stay encouraged when the process feels difficult.
You’ll be supported by a coach who understands teens, understands neurodiversity, and understands your role in helping your teen’s independence grow!
This course + coaching program, which you can attend virtually with your teen, is designed to give you clear, actionable steps you can use right away.

You are not left to figure everything out on your own. You’ll have coaching, resources, and support throughout the process!

You’ll also have access to bonus guidance for 30 days after the program ends, so you don’t feel stuck or alone.
This way, you’ll walk away with a clear plan and the support you need to follow through.
Like anything in life, you will get out of this program what you put into it. The results you get are up to you. We can promise that if you commit to the process and put in the work, you will see results.
We want your experience to be interactive and personal, so we limit each group to a maximum of 20 participants. This gives you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with one another.
